I was attempting to place into calculus I and I did accomplish that. I scored an 85 on the ALEKS. I was a very poor pupil in high school simply and so you understand the total picture. I'm trying to catch upwards on things I should have had a basic foundation in back and so. So information technology was really nice to take a refresher course on all the rules and backdrop of math and algebra leading up to the calculus portions. Overall, I recall the textile was very well put together on your site. Clear and curtailed.

This website was a neat assist to me as I needed firsthand preparation for the ALEKS. From the registration, to the content, to the explanations given on problems, all of it was a stellar experience. The ones who put this together knew their material and worked successfully to come upwardly with a great product (not the outcome of multiplication blazon production, see now I'm even making math jokes haha) that I used daily. I hope others find it every bit helpful every bit I did and God anoint the ones who put this program together.

Your lessons were phenomenal, and I would be remiss if I didn't requite proper feedback.Let me simply start by saying I have been putting off (and dreading) taking the ALEKS Math Assessment for nigh two years now. Math hasn't always been my favorite subject, just as I'm getting closer to completing my degree, I could no longer avert it. I knew that there was a possibility that I would accept to take boosted courses before I was permitted to take the courses I need for my degree, and that would have pushed my graduation time back, depending on how I performed in those classes, first. With that existence said, I found the Mathhelp site, saw that at that place were great reviews, and decided to requite it a try.Going through the lessons, some concepts that I didn't empathize in high school, somehow made plenty of sense this time around. I constitute that your lessons specifically, were the ones I was able to about understand. I retrieve it's your teaching manner. You explained things in a "relaxed and coincidental" way, which fabricated the lessons seem more personable and one on 1. The other 2 instructors were slap-up besides. 🙂 I had a high promise that these lessons, by some phenomenon, could possibly help me to exam out of any prerequisite classes I would need. Although ALEKS gives yous 3 attempts to accept the examination, I didn't want to take to retake it if I didn't take to.Anyway, I finally took the plunge (ALEKS Assessment endeavor #one) and tested out of the prerequisite courses!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm non exaggerating when I tell you lot I was close to crying when I saw my results. The lessons were everything I could hope for and more than. Thank y'all and so much!

I took the ALEKS test prep and it went actually well because of the help from this program. I got into the class I needed to place into. I think the most helpful affair that was provided was while taking the tests at the stop of every question I could run across how the math was supposed to await if I got it incorrect. It was really helpful for me to get dorsum through that math that I blocked out in high school.

I first want to thank you for the MathHelp lessons. They are well done, in a logical society, and I appreciate that they are brusk, explicate the concept with an example (or more), and that there are practice problems in improver to quizzes and tests -- all with the work written out and explained then I could figure out where and why I went incorrect in a problem -- and assert what I did right. Information technology was the best review of math concepts I found while looking for assistance to prep for the ALEKS math placement test at the local community college in which I enrolled. I am 25 years out of grad school (in a social scientific discipline field), and equally I am jumping back into school to pursue nursing -- a heavier math and science field -- I needed to review the concepts that I was able to test out of a few decades agone.I also liked that I could watch the video at double time speed if it was something I but wanted to chop-chop review :) The examples with word/story problems besides helped immensely! I was faced with a couple of them when I took the ALEKS test, and since I had proficient them (their format), they came a lot easier to me. And finally, the fact that there are links to related topics inside each lesson fabricated a divergence. I checked out a few of the links to related lessons along the way simply to make certain I was understanding things as fully every bit I felt I was, and those lessons reinforced what I knew and gave me confidence to progress to the next section. As for ALEKS, I scored more than what I needed to identify into the math class required to consummate my prerequisite for the nursing program. I would highly recommend MathHelp!

The ALEKS lessons were indeed very helpful. Your explanations were clear and well laid-out. I've been away from math for virtually 30 years now, and I frankly struggled back then when I was learning. Today, I scored an 84 on my ALEKS placement examination, which qualifies me for honors math placement within my school. I'd say you guys are doing something right! If I were highlighting a part that was particularly helpful, I'd pick the logarithms. That'southward an area that always flummoxed me, but your explanation has turned that weakness into a strength. Simply brilliant.

I accept non worked with "school" math in virtually 25 years. I needed to refresh my knowledge to achieve some personal goals in retirement. Going back to learn something I already knew at one betoken was/is stressful. These classes were perfect for me! Bite sized, with the data needed and presented at a pace I could follow. I tin't rave enough about the solid foundation this gave me. I did try to learn for some books just was non for me. Watching the math get worked out while having someone explicate information technology is superior. I spent one month working with these videos daily and earned a 76 on the ALEKS! Thank you all very much for the assist!

My ALEKS exam went really well! After non using math in over vii years after using the MathHelp lessons I placed into calc which was a higher class then I needed! I genuinely loved the program and the construction of information technology. The videos are curt and to the bespeak and the practice issues allow for you to mess up before y'all take the test. Thank you lot for creating this site and offering at an affordable rate!

I was able to score an 81 on my ALEKS exam which was far more than satisfactory for the placement I needed. I actually enjoyed the clear explanations in the videos! All of the presenters did such an amazing task of clearly explaining the textile, and the fact that yous could speed the videos up and still really understand what they were maxim was a game changer. All in all I was very pleased with the quality of the site, it reminded me of the mode my favorite math teacher in high school taught. Such an amazing resource!

I'thousand a forty twelvemonth quondam going dorsum to college at Penn State online to finish my business degree. I have not taken a math class in 20 years and when I found out that I had to take the Aleks test, I researched tutorials online. Out of the many tutorials that I sampled earlier I purchased, mathhelp.com was the best at providing brusque lessons that were to the bespeak. I finally understand Algebra because of these lessons. I took the Aleks test this calendar week and scored loftier enough to place me into Algebra 2.Later Algebra II, my only other math grade will exist Calculus. That was my goal and I achieved it. I practise plan on using mathhelp.com again when I start Algebra II in the leap semester and also when I accept Calculus. Because of this tutorial, I am no longer terrified of math!

As a 27 year-old returning back to stop my degree, it has been quite a while since I've been in a math course. After taking my ALEKS examination and only scoring a 54, I was extremely disappointed. I apace signed up for your grade and am pleased to say that after the completion of your ALEKS prep, I scored a 74, and I was able to test into the advanced math form my new degree requires. The unabridged course was exceptional, and I am very grateful for the thorough instruction.

It'south been twenty years since high school so all the topic were very helpful since I didn't call back a thing just as I started seeing the lessons menses ane from the other and gradually getting heavier, information technology was all coming back. The flow was the best part - the connexion between lessons and how it gradually progressed. I am very grateful!
