How Do You Get Document Upload Under 400 Kb
You haven't shared how many pages hte .PDf is nor what could be contributing to its large size. I imagine you are trying to transport this via electronic mail to an email with a restricted mailbox.
- How big is the PDF if you .ZIP or .RAR information technology? A good archiving plan tin increase the compression if you give it more time.
- If y'all have a big number of hi-resolution images, pull the images and reduce the resolution. No one needs 6000×4000 pixels in a certificate destined for an 8½×11 piece of paper. A 600×400 pixel image is ¹⁄₁₀₀ the size and yous would have to have pretty sharp eyes to run across the difference at page size.
- A real PDF program similar Adobe Acrobat can reduce the size of a PDF by lowering resolution and color palette. If you do non have i available, consider a trial.
- Put the PDF up on a cloud site and send a link. Your own SkyDrive should exist able to handle it. This won't ameliorate the download time, merely the transfer is possible at least.
- At that place are online sites that claim to compress your PDF for costless. I'll take to let you inquiry those and make the decision to use one.

I practise not know is it appropriate to mail this question hither or not? only I seeking solution on how to shrink a PDF file of approx. 200 over Mb to beneath 10Mb. Anyone who knows how to do it kindly help. Thank you lot and then much.

That is an uncommonly huge .PDF file...how many pages
does it contain and does information technology include lots of photos? If the
photos are very high resolution large file sizes...resizing the
photos before including them in the publication may improve
the issue.
Personally, I don't think it would be possible to compress
the file from 200 MB to 10 MB. But fifty-fifty if it were possible...
the included photos would be very degraded.
If you need to shrink the .PDF file for electronic mail purposes...
one culling may be to upload the file to SkyDrive and
share it with your recipients from there.

If yous made the original in Publisher or Give-and-take then compress the pictures before you create the pdf. If the pdf is only going to be viewed online and non printed and so compress to 96 dpi.
